Eligible regular US employees working at least 20 hours/week have coverage from hire: two UMR–UnitedHealthcare options and, in California, two Kaiser HMO options. Eligible dependents may enroll. US interns working at least 20 hours/week have narrower UMR HDHP/HSA medical eligibility, including eligible children.
