Cigna Dental Basic, Plus and Care plans are offered. Dental Care requires an assigned network dentist and generally specialty referrals; no out-of-network coverage under that option.

EyeMed vision benefits require in-network providers; PLUS Providers offer the lowest member cost. No frame allowance or copay amount is established.
