The remote-work equipment policy gives new hires up to $500 for home-office equipment and gives all employees a $150 annual equipment allowance for work or office-related purchases, subject to manager approval. Unused annual funds expire at year end

The handbook says employees are entitled to free access to a CG Cookie Citizen account for the duration of employment and free access to Blender tools developed by the team. The offer is limited to Autotroph products and no cash-equivalent value is published.

The handbook describes a company retreat intended to bring most or all of the team together for a week and says the company aims to hold one at least annually. Full-time employees are expected to attend; part-time employees are welcome and encouraged to attend
